Centaur by Helsing

Centaur is Helsing’s innovative program designed to integrate advanced AI pilots into fighter aircraft, aiming to achieve human-level performance in beyond-visual-range (BVR) air combat. This reinforcement learning program trains Centaur agents extensively through simulations equivalent to over 500,000 hours, teaching them complex engagement tactics, defensive maneuvers, and creative combat strategies. Centaur is designed to enhance the capabilities of both existing and future fighter aircraft by providing autonomous air dominance. By combining the intuition and skill of human pilots with the data processing power of AI, Centaur seeks to create a formidable presence in aerial warfare. Obviously, we haven't tested this agent, so we can only rate its' idea - which definitely is 5 out of 5.
